Welcome to A Touch of Jazz, where you look good with nails to match! Thank you for trusting me with your nail experience! Please read the following carefully to prepare for your appointment.

**IMPORTANT** I'm a home based nail tech and I do live ON POST of a military base. If you're coming from off post and don't have access to the base, PLEASE LET ME KNOW IMMEDIATELY UPON COMPLETION OF BOOKING by texting me at 907-482-0822. I'll go over the steps needed to get you a visitor's pass the day of your appointment

• If you're feeling sick prior to your appointment, please let me know at least 3 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment so I can reschedule you to a later date. Failure to do so will result in a canceled appointment, forfeiture of deposit, and you will have to go through the booking process again.

• If you're allergic to anything, or have any concerning medical conditions, please let me know at the start of your appointment so I can adjust as needed.

**I do not do foreign fills. If you already have nails on, you must book a Soak Off + New Set or come with bare nails.**

**After 3 fills you must book a Soak Off + Full Set**

• If you want a design, please send it to 907-482-0822 upon booking your appointment. Additional charges for the design may apply and will be calculated and added at the end of the service.

•If you have any extra guests, only ONE is allowed with you at your appointment.

**NO CHILDREN ALLOWED**

• All Deposits are Non Refundable.

• Check out will be with through Booksy, Square, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, or cash payment.

**To avoid forfeiture of your deposit, you must cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time.**

**If you're going to be late, please notify me as soon as possible. Preferably before the start of your appointment**

**To avoid overlapping of other client's appointments, there is a 15 minute grace period after the start of your appointment if you're running late. If you still haven't arrived once the grace period has ended, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.**

**If you are a No Call, No Show your deposit will be forfeited.**
